Recommended browser settings:
We recommend you set your browser to empty the temporary Internet files when the browser is closed each time.

6) Go to Tools link in browser
7) Select Internet Options
8) Select Advanced Tab
9) Select “Empty Temporary Internet files folder when browser is closed”
10) Click Apply Button, then OK Button

9) Select Settings Button under Temporary Internet Files
10) Select “Every visit to the page”
11) Click OK Button to save changes
12) Click Apply Button then OK Button again to save overall changes
