If you need to order Non-file products (not in the system), just go to the Update Tab under the PO section and click the “Free Form Item Entry Link. Now, add a line for each Non-file product you want to order. The Application can track and maintain Item Types of Non-stock. Ordering a Non-stock is no different than ordering Stock Items.
