The soft reset will NOT remove the MMIS Mobile Application or any data already stored on the device. The soft reset just restarts the operating system.
To reset the scanner, flip it over and look for the small button below the battery removal switch. Use the stylus to push the recessed button. Push the button in and hold it for about 2 seconds, then release the button. The scanner will reboot the operating system.
