The soft reset will NOT remove the MMIS Mobile Application or any data already stored on the device. The soft reset just restarts the operating system.To reset the scanner, flip it over and take off the battery cover. On the left side below the battery, you will see a reset button. Use the stylus to push the reset button. Push the button in and hold it for about 2 seconds, then release the button. The scanner will reboot the operating system. Put the battery cover back onto the unit.
