If the vendor’’s lead time doesn’t vary by Inventory Location, use the Default Lead Time Field. If the vendors lead time varies by Inventory Location, use the Vendor / Locations tab to manage the lead time by Location.The Expected Delivery Date is calculated once the PO is submitted (Sent Status). The calculation is the number of days expected before you receive the order. You can manage the “Lead Time ” under Setup / Vendor Menu.
