How to add a new facility or modify existing facility information

 

§       Select Setup Tab then Facility Tab.

§       Select the Add Facility Link on the left navigation bar.

§       Input all necessary information you want to track about the facility and click the Add Facility Button.

§       To modify information about a facility, select the facility from the list or use the Facility Search Menu on the left navigation bar.

§       Click any of the edit links to add new information about the vendor or modify existing data.

§       Click the Save Changes Button when finished.
