How to create a new Inventory Adjustment

 

§       Select Operations Tab then Adjustment Tab.

§       Select New Adjustment Link on left navigation bar.

§       Select the Facility you want to do an adjustment for.

§       Select the Inventory Location where the product is stored.

§       Select the Adjustment Method (Overwrite, Increment or Decrement).

§       Add any Reference notes if needed.

§       Click Start Adjustment Button.

§       Search for products under the Update Tab or use the Manual Entry link under the Update Tab to enter items into the system through the quick entry screen.

§       When adding items under the product search feature, input the adjustment quantity next to the product, select the appropriate unit of measure and then click the Add/ Continue Search Button or the Add / Go to Line Items Button.

§       As you select or input products, the products will be displayed under the Line Items Tab.

§       Click on the product under the Line Items Tab if you need to modify the quantity or add a product note.

§       To delete a product from the transaction, Select the box next to the product number and click the Delete Selected Button.

§       When you’re done with the Adjustment, click the Submit Adjustment Button.

§       The adjustment history is displayed under the Adjustment List Link.

 

images\pencil.gif If the same product is listed twice under an overwrite adjustment, the system will apply the first count as an Overwrite and will apply all additional duplicate items as an Increment adjustment.

images\pencil.gif The Adjustment will stay in a Pending Status until the Submit Adjustment Button is selected. If you want to cancel the Adjustment, select the Kill / Cancel Adjustment link under the Update Tab.
