How to process a Receipt
§ Select Operations Tab then Receiving Tab.
§ Search for or select the Receipt you want to process.
§ Select the Create Receipt Button.
§ Input the quantity next to the lines you want to receive or use the check boxes on the left side of the screen (see yellow highlighted box below).
§ Click the View Link if you want to see more information about a product or to add Receiving Notes (see green highlighted area below).
§ When you’re ready to process the receipt, select the Update Selected Button then Process Receipt Button.
Other Options:
§ Click the Receipt History Tab to view prior Receipts.
§ Click the Cancel History Tab to view prior Receipts that were cancelled.
