The Contract Expiration Date has no effect on when the pricing becomes active or inactive in the system. The Contract Expiration Date Field is for reporting purposes only.
§ Select Setup Tab then Inventory Tab.
§ Select the product or search for a product with the Inventory Search Menu on the left navigation bar.
§ Once you’ve selected a product, select the Resources Tab.
§ Click on the Future Pricing Link.
§ Now, select the Add Future Pricing Button.
§ Select from the dropdown the Vendor Name, Vendor Item Number, UOM and Conversion Factor you want to add future pricing for…
§ Input the new pricing and set the Price Change Date.
§ When completed, click the Add Future Pricing Button.
§ The Future Pricing Screen will show a status of “Scheduled.”
§ When the price change date occurs, the system will update the vendor’s pricing in the Inventory Master to the new price.

Facility Specific Pricing Customers - The Future Pricing Menu WILL UPDATE PRICING for all facilities that have the same vendor item number and unit of measure already loaded into the system.
