Many times, your connection speed is controlled by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). We recommend, not require, a high speed connection when using this application. Contact your ISP if your connection speed continues to be slow.

Try closing your internet browser completely and reopening your browser. Sometimes this will fix your issue.
