This error could mean a number of different things. One, it could be the scanner cradle wasn’t setup properly. Two, the assigned Com port isn’t being found by our auto-detect feature. We recommend going through the Opticon scanner setup process again to make sure you’ve done each required step when setting up the PC and the Opticon Scanner.
